Our fee structure is well-structured and is based on total emoluments, that is, on annual CTC (Cost to Company).

Senior Level - 16.66% (Managers & Other equivalent positions) |

A service tax of 8% on the bill amount would be levied as per the central excise. Whenever TDS is adopted, TDS certificate is to be issued.

Resume Life: will bear a minimum life of 6 months from the date of submission. Where there remains a change in its contents after the same, the latest version of the same should be submitted to us to ensure that we maintain the latest data information of the candidate. |

Confirmation letter should be written wherein it should be mentioned the acceptance of all terms and conditions. |

Offer letter copy should be sent to us and we on our same will maintain its contents in strict confidence. |

Free Replacement for the candidate leaving the organisation shall be provided within a period of 3 months. We stress that fee amount shall not be refunded in this case. | | |
